The Aurora Twin Towers are conceived as a dynamic architectural pair, bringing together luxury residences and a high-end hotel within two distinct towers rising 100 and 150 meters above the city.
The design takes inspiration from the continuous movement of flowing water. Rather than relying on rigid vertical geometry, the façades are sculpted through a series of gentle curves and shifting profiles, creating a fluid expression that changes with light, weather, and viewpoint.
The towers are wrapped in curved curtain wall panels, carefully modeled to generate a seamless sense of movement across the elevations. Advanced parametric design and digital modeling techniques allow the façade geometry to be precisely controlled, balancing the expressive form with the repetition and constructability required for a high-performance building envelope.
The Art of Living in Water Flow on the Skyline
Although different in height and program, the two towers share the same architectural DNA. The 100-meter residential tower and 150-meter hotel tower form a complementary composition, with their flowing façades creating a unified silhouette while maintaining distinct identities.
The result is an architecture that appears to be constantly moving upward, transforming the static tower into a fluid presence on the skyline.
