The Gree Headquarters in Zhuhai Hengqin is conceived as a contemporary corporate landmark within the heart of Hengqin CBD. Positioned to overlook the sea, the building establishes a strong dialogue between architecture, landscape, and the surrounding city.
The headquarters adopts a clean, modern massing strategy, articulated by a refined composition of elegant white fins. The precise vertical rhythm and crisp architectural language reflect Gree’s identity as a forward-looking technology company, expressing a sense of clarity, innovation, and confidence.
Elevating the Corporate Landscape
At the base, the podium is transformed into an elevated public landscape. A dramatic sloping plane draws people upward through a continuous sequence of gardens, terraces, and landscaped roofs, blurring the boundary between building and ground. The landscape becomes an extension of the public realm, offering spaces for gathering, movement, and relaxation.
